• Limited edition products may be offered in restricted quantities and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Order Confirmation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order — acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

Payment Methods

We accept payment via our integrated payment gateway (Paymob), which supports major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely using SSL encryption. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sunnyseyewear0@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.
