The Process
How It Works
When our courier arrives, take a few quiet moments to open your package and try on your new Sunny's. You have up to 10 minutes to see how they frame your face and check that they feel as wonderful as they look.
If they aren't the perfect match, simply hand them back to the courier right then and there. If you love them, you can finalize your order and enjoy your new look immediately.

Caring for Your New Frames
We put a lot of love into our designs, and we kindly ask that you show them a little love back during your try-on:
Please hold your frames by the chains so they stay pristine and free of smudges.
If you decide they aren't "the one," please ensure the sunglasses are tucked back into their original case, with the cleaning cloth just as you received them.
To keep our collection beautiful for everyone, we can only accept returns that are unscratched, and in their original, showroom-fresh condition. Returns are only permissible while the courier is still at your doorstep.
